Do credits expire?
Credits never expire! Use them at your own pace and schedule sessions when it works for you.
Can I share credits with multiple dogs?
Yes! Your credits can be used for any of your dogs. Perfect for multi-dog households.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once you start using credits, we can refund the remaining balance minus a small processing fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, we don't offer payment plans, but you can start with a smaller package and purchase more credits anytime. Contact us if you have special circumstances.
What if I need more credits?
You can purchase additional packages anytime through your dashboard. Credits from multiple packages stack together.
